Effect: Doubles Special Defense of Clamperl.
Notes: If held by a Clamperl when it is traded, it will evolve into a Gorebyss.

Effect: Doubles Special Attack of Clamperl.
Notes: If held by a Clamperl when it is traded, it will evolve into Huntail.

Light Ball
Effect: Doubles the Special Attack of Pikachu. Starting in Generation IV, it also doubles the Attack of Pikachu.
Notes: If held by a Pikachu or a Raichu when they are bred, the Pichu that hatches will have the move Volt Tackle.

Effect: Increases the critical hit ratio of Chansey by two stages.

Metal Powder
Effect: Increases Defense of Ditto by 50%. Starting in Generation IV it also raises Ditto's Special Defense by 50%.

Effect: Doubles Speed of Ditto.
Cost: 0 points.

Soul Dew
Effect: Increases Special Attack and Special Defense of Latios and Latias by 50% each.
Cost: 1000 points.

Stick
Effect: Increases critical hit ratio of Farfetch'd by two stages.
Cost: 50 points.

Thick Club
Effect: Doubles Attack of Cubone and Marowak. In Gold, Silver, and Crystal, if this item causes Cubone's or Marowak's Attack to reach 1024 or higher, it will be reduced to 1024.
Cost: 250 points.

Choice Band
Effect: Increases Attack by 50%, but disallows all other moves besides the one used first.
Cost: 5000 points.

Choice Scarf
Effect: Increases Speed by 50%, but disallows all other moves besides the one used first.

Big Root
Effect: Doubles the amount of HP restored through HP-stealing moves.
Cost: 300 points.

Black Sludge
Effect: Restores 1/16 of the Pokémon's maximum HP (rounded down) each turn when held by Poison-type Pokémon; damages all other types by 1/8 of maximum HP each turn.
Cost: 300 points.

Leftovers
Effect: Restores 1/16 of the Pokémon's maximum HP (rounded down) each turn when held.
Cost: 300 points.

Shell Bell
Effect: Restores a small amount of HP whenever the Pokémon holding it deals damage (1/8 of the damage dealt).
Cost: 300 points.

Expert Belt
Effect: Boosts power of super-effective moves by 20%.
Cost: 500 points.

Life Orb
Effect: Boosts the power of moves by 30%, but at the cost of 10% max HP each time the holder uses an attack. Life Orb does not damage the holder when an attack hits a Substitute. It does not boost the damage for fixed-damage attacks or self-inflicted confusion damage.
Cost: 900 points.

Muscle Band
Effect: Boosts power of physical moves by 10%.
Cost: 200 points.

Metronome
Effect: Boosts power of moves used repeatedly. Each time a move is used consecutively, its power is boosted by 10%, increasing up to 20 times. Switching or using another move returns the move's power to normal. Cost: 1000 points.

Scope Lens
Effect: Increases the critical hit probability for the Pokémon holding the item.
Cost: 100 points.
