| This is the Rock Type Elite 4.
Sleep Clause - Only one pokemon may be asleep at one time.
Evasion Clause - You are not allowed to use any evasion boosting or lowering moves.
One-Hit-KO Clause - You are not allowed to use any one-hit-KO moves. (Horn Drill, Sheer Cold, Gillotine, Fissure)
Self-KO Clause - You are not allowed to use the move Self-destruct or Explosion when both sides have one pokemon left.
Uber Clause - You are not allowed to use any Uber pokemon. (Garchomp is allowed) Here is a list of ubers you may not use:
Mewtwo
Mew
Lugia
Ho-oh
Wobbufett
Latios
Kyogre
Groudon
Rayquaza
Deoxys (All Formes)
Dialga
Palkia
Giratina
Manaphy
Darkrai
Shaymin(Both Formes)
Arceus
Any Legends not on this list are not uber and you may use them.
Hack Clause - You may not use pokemon with hacked movesets, stats, EVs, or IVs.

| Um... Wobbufet and Garchomp are Ubers... Latios is Uber... Latias is Uber when its holding Soul Dew... Shaymin's Land Form is not Uber... If they are not, Latios and Latias both holding Soul Dew would sweep you... And trust me, i can show you that Garchomp IS Uber... |

| I have changed the type of this Elite 4 to rock. I looked through all my pokemon the other day and saw that i have a lot more and a lot better rock pokemon than ground pokemon. - Lickychomp _________________  Silver's Online Team
